Refund and Cancellation Policy

14 days to change your mind, no reason required — and cancellation is one click, not an email thread.

Last updated 24 August 2026

The 14-day refund

Ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, and it applies to first purchases, renewals and upgrades alike.

Research credits you already spent do not reduce the refund. We would rather you left with your money than with a grudge.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or use the "Billing help" link in Settings. One line is enough.

We reply within one business day and submit the refund the same day we agree it. Paddle processes it back to your original payment method, which typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Open Credits & plan in your account and choose Cancel plan. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and then stops. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

After cancelling you keep read access to reports you already generated on the Free plan's terms; export anything you want to keep before your period ends.

After the 14 days

We do not refund past periods as a matter of course, because you had the service. Two exceptions we honour anyway: if the service was unavailable for a meaningful part of a period, and if you were charged for a renewal you had already cancelled. Write to us and we will make it right.

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the service immediately you agree that performance begins right away; our voluntary policy above is at least as generous, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Who charges you

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as merchant of record. Their name appears on your statement and on the invoice, and refunds return through the same route.
